This Cabernet is full-bodied and flavorful. Deep purple in color, it has lifted aromatics of Bing cherries and mulberries, flavors of blackberries with a touch of mocha, and a finish with soft, polished tannins. Although this wine will improve for 4 to 5 years, it can be enjoyed now.

Produced in cooperation with Domaine des Ouleb Thaleb, this Syrah is vinified from the fruit of young vineyards that have been plowed and weeded by hand. While this is a fruit-forward red, it is made in an Old-World style with moderate extraction, excellent balance, and complex aromatics.

Nieddera is an ancient vine that is grown only in the Sardenia’s Tirso River Valley. This rosé’s distinctive organoleptic profile makes it unmistakable for more familiar varietals; spicy, full-bodied and dry, it is surprisingly complex on the palate with notes of rich red fruits.

This is a rich, intensely flavored Sauvignon Blanc that proves a versatile partner for many dishes. The palate is focused, though soft and generous, showing good concentration of tropical fruits and granny smith apples supported by a vibrant acidity.

Aged for many years in the traditional "Solera" system, this extra dry sherry offers pleasant aromas of fresh baked bread with a hint of sea salt.
