This Cabernet is full-bodied and flavorful. Deep purple in color, it has lifted aromatics of Bing cherries and mulberries, flavors of blackberries with a touch of mocha, and a finish with soft, polished tannins. Although this wine will improve for 4 to 5 years, it can be enjoyed now.


Blended from 56% Limestone Coast and 44% Langhorne Creek fruit, Heartland Shiraz embodies all the rich chocolate, dark fruit, and pepper characteristics of a true Aussie red. Following 14 months' maturation in French oak, the tannins lend subtle support to the flavor.


This Semillon is a luminous green-yellow with lifted zesty lemongrass aromas and sweet apple blossom characters. Initial lime and cut grass flavors combine with a fruit-dominant palate, tight structre, and a zesty acidity; this Semillon exhibits the perfect balance of fruit, alcohol and minerality.

Composed of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon, this wine displays aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit, and green pineapple on the nose. The palate is juicy and textured with concentrated grapefruit, passionfruit and hints of lime accompanied by a grassy note.

Roogle Riesling is a stunning Australian value. Intriguingly aromatic and intensely concentrated, this very slightly off-dry white is bursting with notes of pineapple, honeysuckle, and slatey mineral.


In recent years, Chardonnay has gotten a bad rap; certain New World producers, in releasing bottlings that taste more like a board of wood than wine, have been something of an embarrassment to the grape. Pure Evil Chardonnay is what new World Chard should be: light, lively, textured and creamy with notes of apple, pear, and peach.


This is a crisp, refreshing, and highly aromatic white with notes of peach, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. The palate introduces ripe fruit characteristics of pineapple, passion fruit, and guava, while a subtle limestone minerality emerges on the finish.
